Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)

We are seeking reliable, compassionate, professional, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team in Patchogue, NY 11772. As a CNA, you will provide essential support to patients in various healthcare settings, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. This position offers flexible scheduling; however, we are prioritizing candidates who can commit to a consistent weekly schedule.

Employees can also complete double shifts.

FULL-TIME Openings: 2PM-10PM (Eve)

If you are unable to commit and consistently work any of the open shifts including working every other Saturday & Sunday then this position is not the right fit for you.

The hourly rate is $25/hr. and the overtime & holiday rate is $37.50/hr.

Our pay period is Sunday to Saturday and pay is weekly (every Thursday via direct deposit)

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal assistance.
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Provide mobility assistance, including transferring patients to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other locations.
  • Support nursing and medical staff in the delivery of quality patient care.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols.
  • Build positive relationships with patients, families, and staff to foster a supportive environment.
  • Participate in training and ongoing education to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care.
