Shop Rite - - Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Dairy Department and its Associates to achieve department goals including sales, profit, customer experience, and associate engagement;
Greet Customers and provide prompt, courteous service and assistance;
Onboard, train, and develop Department Associates, including interviewing and training in accordance with policies and labor laws;
Maintain department safety, cleanliness, stocking, and presentation standards; ensure proper labeling, pricing, and display of dairy products;
Manage scheduling and staffing to meet projected sales and customer experience needs
