As a licensed team member, you will develop quality relationships with clients by presenting the right State Farm product to meet each client's unique & specific needs, and by providing continued exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, identify customer needs & present the right products and services
• Preparing quotes, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service to new & existing clients
• Handling incoming requests, calling internet leads, and engaging with local businesses
• Maintaining a loyal customer base to generate new business referrals.
• Meeting & exceeding individual sales goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Be able to pass NY State Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health licensing exams
• Must be ambitious, self-motivated, and enjoy working with people.
• Have a strong work ethic and a commitment to success each and every day!
• Have strong communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Must work well in a team setting.
• Bilingual strongly preferred: English/Spanish
