Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our client’s finance team. This is a remote full-time position with occasional travel requirements. The ideal candidate will handle general accounts payable duties and provide backup support for accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice entry, check processing, and mailing of checks
• Maintain vendor and member profiles
• Assist with audits and 1099 preparation
• Generate requested reports
• Provide backup support for accounts receivable
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
• Experience with Quick Books and Sage 300 is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ethical conduct

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (commensurate with experience)
