Lead and manage multiple tax engagements, delivering federal and state tax services across a diverse client base. Responsible for review and preparation of complex returns and supporting client relationships.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple tax engagements and deadlines
- Review and prepare complex business and individual tax returns, including sales and payroll taxes
- Partner with senior leadership on compliance and planning matters
- Conduct tax research and provide technical guidance
- Respond to tax authority inquiries
- Supervise, train, and review staff work
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; advanced tax degree preferred
- CPA required
- 6–8 years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in client-related matters
