. Benefits of being an intern
Our interns are immersed in the real-life accounting world through visiting client sites, shadowing our mid-and-high-level accounting professionals, and working on real material.
Work side-by-side with a team of experienced CPA’sFrom Supervisor to Partner, our interns get exposure to all levels of leadership and see what life is like as a CPA.
Internships in Tax or AuditWe offer internships in both audit and tax disciplines. Interns can also take advantage of the opportunity to work in both areas enabling them to have a better understanding of the skills required, and which best matches their interests.
Our interns are an important part of our workforce. Our internships are paid and vary from 20 hours per week. Our structure allows for flexibility to work with your schedule including your study time, test preparation, and any other circumstances that may arise.
Participate in fun activities and firm eventsWe encourage our interns to help organize and participate in our fun firm events. These include lunch parties, outdoor activities, happy hours, holiday celebrations, firm picnics, bagel days, and much more.

Internship ProgramsCurrently hiring for 2026 opportunities.
AuditClients requiring an audit can be not-for-profit organizations, businesses or real estate development projects. Deadlines vary and will keep you busy throughout the year. Working with experience team members, you will be part of the entire audit process. You will learn how to prepare engagement letters, perform compliance testing and proof financials.
A fast-paced challenging, educational and rewarding experience awaits our tax interns. You will work side-by-side with experienced accountants and assist them in preparing individual, business and high-net-worth tax returns. You will also attend training and mentor sessions to increase your knowledge of the tax law and the latest software technology.
Government entities like municipalities and school districts are required to submit annual budgets along with an audit of their financial statements to the State of New Jersey. You will work on a team with other auditors, and directly with the clients to prepare their audit. You will also receive training on budget and audit regulations, latest software and skills mentoring.
