Accounting Clerk
Salary: $50,000
Location: Tampa, FL (on‑site)
- Full ownership of the accounts payable function — not a data‑entry role
- Direct exposure to construction accounting using Quick Books and Procore
- Stable, established contracting company with consistent project flow
- Clear visibility into how your work supports month‑end close and financial accuracy
- Opportunity to work closely with project teams and leadership, not siloed in AP
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle from invoice review through payment
- Perform three‑way matching and ensure proper approvals and documentation
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with project managers and internal stakeholders
- Support AP reporting and month‑end close activities
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience
- Construction accounting experience
- Experience with Quick Books and Procore
