Payroll Accounting Specialist

A financial services firm is seeking a Payroll Accounting Specialist
. This role is Hybrid during onboarding months and eventually has the opportunity to sit remote.

• Assist with processing payroll for international employees across multiple countries.
• Act as a primary point of contact for international payroll providers, responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving issues.
• Review and maintain payroll and employee records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare payroll-related journal entries and post transactions to the accounting system.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and support month-end close activities.
• Assist with audits and reporting by providing accurate payroll and financial documentation.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and other internal teams to ensure efficient payroll processing.

• 3-5+ years of full cycle Payroll experience
• Completed Bachelor's Degree
• International Payroll experience
• Knowledge Accounting.

The annual base salary range is $90,000 to $130,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
