Job Brief

Our company is looking for an Office Assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.

Responsibilities
  • Handle online orders, email, or over the phones
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Handle invoicing and purchase orders
  • Handle incoming calls and other communications
  • Manage filing system
  • Record information as needed
  • Update paperwork, maintain documents and word processing
  • Help organize and maintain office & warehouse common areas
  • Perform general office clerk duties and errands
  • Maintain supply inventory
  • Maintain office equipment as needed
  • Assist with virtual assistant tasks
  • Create, maintain, and enter information into databases
Requirements
  • High school diploma or associate’s degree
  • Experience as an office assistant or in a related field
  • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision
  • Good communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Data entry and management skills
  • Typing skills
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook

Pay

Full‑time: $31,500.00 – $33,280.00 per year.
