Qualifications:

• Have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in grant reporting and monitoring of the federal database.
• Have at least two (2) years’ experience as Lead Agency Coordinator for all partner agencies.
• Have at least five (5) years’ experience in State, Federal, and Education grant program.
• Have at least two (2) years’ experience in LACES Database Management and the SAGE System.
• Have knowledge of Title II, NIYC, and WIOA guidelines and mandates.
• Have the ability to handle multiple tasks successfully.
• Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with staff and administration.
• Demonstrate the ability to use computers for word processing data management and telecommunications.
• Meet such alternatives to above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable
• Pending budget availability
