TET Program Assistant – Early Intervention About LADACIN

Position Summary

LADACIN is seeking an organized and detail-oriented TET Program Assistant to provide administrative and scheduling support to the Targeted Evaluation Team (TET) within our Early Intervention Program.

This position assists with the scheduling, coordination, and tracking of evaluations and assessments, supports TET evaluators, and serves as a liaison to families and Service Coordinators throughout the evaluation and assessment process.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines within the Early Intervention system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with scheduling and tracking TET evaluations and assessments, including initial, annual, exit, and additional assessments
  • Assist with evaluator assignments and scheduling, including communicating with TET evaluators regarding availability, changes, and evaluation needs
  • Serve as a liaison to families and Service Coordinators, providing timely communication regarding scheduling, evaluation and assessment processes, changes, and other needed information
  • Respond to family and Service Coordinator questions and concerns within the scope of the position and refer clinical or programmatic concerns to the appropriate Coordinator
  • Track evaluation and assessment paperwork to ensure timely submission and completeness
  • Follow up with evaluators and practitioners regarding missing or incomplete documentation
  • Assist evaluators with administrative needs related to evaluations, assessments, scheduling, and required documentation
  • Distribute, collect, and track consumer/family surveys and assist with maintaining related data
  • Assist in maintaining the Early Intervention database and other required tracking systems
  • Assist with the timely flow of information and paperwork to families, staff, Service Coordinators, practitioners, and other NJEIS agencies
  • Alert the Coordinator to ongoing paperwork, scheduling, compliance, or documentation concerns
  • Maintain professional and responsive communication with families, Service Coordinators, staff, practitioners, evaluators, and outside agencies
  • Complete administrative reports, tracking, special projects, and additional duties as assigned
  • Attend meetings and meet with supervisors as directed
  • Provide administrative support across Early Intervention program functions as needed
  • Comply with LADACIN policies and procedures and all applicable NJEIS requirements and guidelines
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • College education preferred
  • Early Intervention experience a plus
  • Previous experience with evaluation/assessment scheduling, healthcare, education, or human services administration preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills
