Job Summary

The Partner Specialist will serve as the primary subject‑matter expert on product, sales, and program information, training sales teams and facilitating partner campaigns. This role involves conducting meetings with sales teams, manufacturers, and customers, managing a sales pipeline, and processing partner deal registrations. Additionally, the specialist will create and maintain training content, monitor CRM submissions, and stay informed on new product offerings and certifications.

Role Description
  • Act as a primary subject‑matter expert for product, sales, and program information.
  • Train sales teams on partner products and programs, and how customers can benefit by using their core products.
  • Conduct conference calls/meetings with sales teams, manufacturer sales teams, and customers to sell partner products and solutions.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline on an ongoing basis through CRM and Excel.
  • Manage and process partner deal registration and/or other strategic pricing programs.
  • Create and maintain content on internal team sites, including training decks and presentations.
  • Execute partner campaigns and initiatives in alignment with sales teams.
  • Monitor CRM for submitted deal‑registration requests and submit them to the partner.
  • Stay up to date on new product technology offerings, partner‑specific trainings, and certifications.
  • Provide excellent support to both customers and the SHI sales organization.

Other Requirements
  • Completed bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain partner certifications during employment.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $45,000 – $65,000, which includes a compensation structure. Compensation is dependent on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and will vary by individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401(k), and flexible spending.
