Operating from a single large U.S. production facility, the organization specializes exclusively in high‑graphic laminated corrugated packaging and serves many of the largest food and consumer brands in the country.

Job Summary

The Sales Representative will focus on expanding national accounts by leveraging relationships within the corrugated, folding carton, preprint, or laminated packaging sectors. The ideal candidate understands how challenging it is to penetrate major procurement groups and brings the industry connections necessary to open doors and build long‑term partnerships.

This role is national in scope and may be based anywhere within the United States.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Relationship Management
  • Required:

    Drive new business within national accounts that purchase high‑graphic corrugated packaging.
  • Required:

    Leverage existing procurement‑level relationships to gain access to target customer organizations.
  • Required:

    Maintain ongoing communication with decision‑makers in corrugated purchasing groups.
  • Preferred:
    Experience working with packaging used in club‑store environments.
Target Account Growth
  • Required:

    Pursue strategic target accounts identified by leadership and expand business within large food and consumer product brands.
  • Preferred:
    Bring insight into your existing book of business and potential future opportunities.
Industry & Technical Experience
  • Required:

    Understanding of corrugated packaging sales cycles and customer procurement processes.
  • Preferred:
    Background in laminated corrugated, high‑graphic packaging, or preprint operations.
  • Preferred:
    Knowledge of printing processes and graphic packaging requirements.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Required:

    Provide clear, detailed feedback on prospect interactions to support effective targeting.
  • Required:

    Collaborate with internal leadership regarding non‑compete considerations or account‑specific sensitivities.
  • Preferred:
    Share market insights, including competitor activity and talent movements.
Qualifications Required
  • Established relationships with procurement or packaging buyers at major regional or national brands.
  • Demonstrated success selling corrugated packaging, folding carton, high‑graphic packaging, or substrate‑related solutions.
  • Ability to penetrate difficult‑to‑reach accounts and build long‑term relationships.
  • Stable career history that demonstrates commitment and consistency.
  • Ability to manage a national sales territory independently.
Preferred
  • Direct experience in laminated or high‑graphic corrugated packaging.
  • Relationships within large food, beverage, or consumer product companies.
  • Familiarity with non‑compete structures common in the packaging industry.
  • Residence near a major customer hub (not required).
