Manager, Training Operations
Leads development and deployment of Learning Center of Excellence projects from intake through close‑out, utilizing learning technology and GxP training expertise to define processes.
Typical Day In This Role Looks Like- Lead training business partners and designers to develop and maintain project scope, timelines, and deliverables on moderately complex projects.
- Partner and advise on requirements and specifications using learning techniques and technologies.
- Track, analyze, and optimize project timeline and status from kickoff to completion; provide status updates via email and operations meetings.
- Lead project meetings to highlight risks to timelines and delivery dates and drive decision making for resource needs.
- Use strong stakeholder and relationship skills to resolve issues as they arise.
- Design and implement a robust content maintenance plan for LCoE assets including training materials, academy pages, and onboarding guides.
- Partner with C3 team to refine collaboration with Ops team and identify opportunities for streamlining current deployment processes.
- Drive process improvements for the operations team; document and implement solutions.
- Identify opportunities for automation of routine tasks and design solutions in O365.
- Identify opportunities for AI in Learning Operations and use pragmatic approach to application.
- Ensure that all process and productivity improvements are scalable to an enterprise level.
- Strong hands‑on learning technology knowledge and experience.
- Experience with O365, Power Apps, SharePoint design and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time‑management skills.
- Experience with Copilot and Claude.
- Strong LMS technical knowledge and experience.
Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field plus 7+ years of relevant experience.
- 5+ years in development and management of learning solutions.
- 3+ years of experience in pharma preferred.
- Advanced degree may be considered in lieu of years of experience.
