Responsibilities
- Lead the development and ongoing refinement of an enterprise workforce strategy aligned to business, financial, and talent priorities.
- Build and govern a multi-year workforce planning framework that includes headcount forecasting, skills demand, and capacity modeling across functions and regions.
- Partner with HR, finance, and business leaders to translate strategic plans into workforce plans, staffing scenarios, and hiring, movement, and reskilling strategies.
- Establish a robust workforce analytics agenda, using data and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations on trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive strategic initiatives related to organizational design, future‑of‑work considerations, and critical‑skill planning in partnership with senior leadership.
- Lead, develop, and engage a high‑performing team responsible for workforce strategy, planning, and analytics, ensuring clear priorities and deliverables.
- Influence decision‑making at the executive level through clear narratives, business cases, and recommendations grounded in data and financial impact.
- 12+ years of experience in workforce strategy, workforce planning, HR strategy, management consulting, or a related discipline supporting complex, matrixed organizations.
- 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams, including setting direction, coaching, and performance management.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise or multi‑business‑unit workforce planning, including headcount forecasting, scenario modeling, and alignment with financial plans.
- Proven experience using workforce analytics, financial data, and reporting tools to develop insights and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong skills in executive communication, including building presentations, framing recommendations, and facilitating discussions with senior leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
