Capital Operations Specialist

Role Overview

SHI is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SHI Capital Operations Specialist to support the continued growth and scalability of SHI Capital. This role plays a critical part in reducing operational friction, improving process consistency, and enabling the SHI Capital team to focus on high-value sales activities.

Manage and resolve operational issues related to invoicing, remittance, and funding processes. Own and coordinate Service Now tickets and internal workflow requests. Track and resolve downstream issues impacting deal execution and customer experience.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across multiple teams and systems, ensuring operational issues are addressed quickly, workflows remain organized, and internal stakeholders stay aligned throughout the deal lifecycle.
