We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Service Manager to lead and grow our electric division. This position is responsible for technician leadership, financial oversight, job performance, safety compliance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

$85,000 base salary
Up to $12,000 per year in performance-based bonuses

Your Day-to-Day:

Supervise, coach, and develop electricians, apprentices, and foremen
Enforce company safety policies and ensure full compliance with electrical codes and OSHA standards
Oversee departmental budgeting and financial performance
Review and approve purchase orders and material expenditures
Provide rapid response and leadership support for job site issues
Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to company quality standards
Manage scheduling, manpower allocation, and workflow efficiency
Handle escalated customer concerns and deliver outstanding customer service
Monitor KPIs including revenue, profitability, and productivity
Partner with leadership to drive department growth and process improvement

What You Bring:

Strong electrical background with hands-on field experience
Proven leadership experience supervising electricians and field teams
Solid understanding of NEC codes and safety compliance
Experience managing budgets and controlling job costs
10 years of electric experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organized, accountable, and results-driven
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
