Perinatal Governance Facilitator, Band 4

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and organisational support to the Perinatal Governance Team.
• Coordinate governance processes across maternity and neonatal services.
• Maintain governance databases, action trackers, and monitoring systems.
• Ensure governance documentation is accurate, up to date, and readily accessible.
• Support compliance monitoring against Trust, regional, and national maternity safety requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and governance documentation for meetings and committees.
• Participate in appraisal, mandatory training, and continuing professional development.
• Comply with Trust policies, procedures, and governance arrangements.
• Promote equality, diversity, inclusion, and safeguarding principles.
• Undertake other duties appropriate to the grade of the post.
