The Portfolio Administrator supports the portfolio team in all marketing and administration. This position must be commutable to either of our office locations in:
Pine Brook, NJ, New York, NY, or Glen Allen, VA. This role is hybrid and required to be in the office three days a week.
- Update and enter information into various systems/portals including but not limited to: sales incentive program sheets, pricing adjustments, pricing entries
- Generate pricing and inventory reports and provide to internal business partners as needed.
- Partner with various departments to create applicable POS materials and distribute to internal and external business partners as needed.
- Communicate with internal and external business partners on product information, news, and updates, and provide guidance and direction on general inquiries.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and systems to track programs including but not limited to presells, product allocations, and limited product offerings.
- Meets agreed upon goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner.
- Arrives to work, appointments, meetings, and all work-related functions on time and as scheduled.
- Follows all safety policies and procedures; communicate hazards and/or suggest improvements to Manager
- Other duties as assigned
- Normal office environment.
- Telephone, copier, computer, calculator, scanner.
- Sitting, standing, bending, manual dexterity, reaching, visual acuity, lifting up to 10lbs
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2-3 years administrative experience.
- Previous experience in Customer Service preferred.
- Effective and proven communication and organizational skills.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, and Word.
The salary range for this position is $26.45 - $31.25.

If you are hired at Winebow, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.
