Commencing March 2026

We are seeking a creative, motivated, and highly organised Multimedia Designer to join A.B. Paterson College on a full‑time, permanent basis, commencing March 2026. This role plays a key part in producing high‑quality visual and digital content that supports the College’s communications, branding, and engagement initiatives, contributing to the success of our vibrant and dynamic school community.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and produce high‑quality visual, digital, and multimedia content to support College communications, promotions, and publications.

Create and edit video content, including filming, post‑production, motion graphics, and storytelling aligned with the College’s brand.

Design graphics and digital assets for print, web, social media, and internal communication platforms.

Maintain consistent visual branding across all College materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and school values.

Collaborate with staff and departments to understand project needs and deliver engaging content for academic, co‑curricular, and community initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

Demonstrated experience in graphic design, multimedia production, and digital content creation, ideally within an educational or community‑focused environment.
Proven experience in administrative support, preferably within a school or sporting environment.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with students, staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
A collaborative team member who contributes positively to College life
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and scheduling.
Competency in using digital tools and systems for communication, scheduling, and data management.
Current CPR and First Aid training, or willingness to obtain
Current Blue Card, Working With Children Check is a requirement of this position
