• Pay range: $40,000 - $55,000 annually with monthly commissions
• Average first year earning potential: $45,000+

  NO COLD CALLING!
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with alternating Saturdays, 8:00am – 12:00pm

• Provide positive energy and top-notch customer service
• Acts as the first point of contact for new and existing customers to establish a rapport and build confidence in TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® services
• Asks open-ended, probing questions to determine customer requirements and expectations
• Input customer information accurately into move software to create an estimate
• Makes recommendations according to customer's needs on moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment and other value-added services; may recommend alternate services and/or products based on cost, availability, or customer specifications
• Continually maintains thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions to effectively communicate the benefits and value of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and oppose any customer objections
• Obtains customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
• All other duties as assigned

Because moving is stressful, we seek candidates with a commitment to customer service and exceeding expectations. As a customer service representative, you should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

• Excellent customer service skills and strong problem-solving ability
• Professional attitude and demeanor with an optimistic outlook on life
• Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
• A minimum of 6 months of sales and/or customer service experience preferred; inbound sales, call center, retail sales, and/or other sales driven experience preferred
• Computer skills; familiar with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs
• Must be willing to submit to pre‑employment background check and drug screen
