DRG-Architects, an award design architectural firm known for its cutting-edge and sustainable design solutions, is currently in search of a skilled Project Architect to join our dynamic team at our Somerest, NJ office. We are seeking a dedicated individual with 3 to 7 years of experience in the field, who is eager to contribute to our innovative projects and take on significant responsibilities within our design and construction team.
Responsibilities- Play a key role in the management of design and construction projects, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards, project schedules, and budgets.
- Utilize your expertise to contribute to the development and implementation of effective design strategies that meet project goals and client requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to facilitate project approvals and successful outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the design and construction phases.
- Mentor and support fellow team members, fostering a collaborative work environment and contributing to their professional development.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in architecture.
- Knowledge of architectural design software, such as Revit, is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach to work and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- A portfolio showcasing successful projects and design achievements.
