The Plastic Surgery Center and the Institute for Advanced Reconstruction—flagship practices within the Advanced Reconstructive Surgical Alliance (ARSA), the nation’s largest reconstructive surgery network are actively seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon to join our growing team in New Jersey.

• Robust infrastructure with built-in support from surgical and insurance coordinators, clinical and administrative staff, marketing, coding, billing and contract reimbursements
• Opportunity to participate in research, publications, and advanced casework alongside renowned surgeons
• Over 35 practice locations across NJ, NY, and PA with affiliations at 50+ hospitals and access to several ASC

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
• Passionate about high-quality, patient-centered care
• Interested in building or growing a thriving practice in a collaborative, well-supported setting
• Comfortable working across a broad scope of reconstructive surgery; cosmetic/aesthetic experience or interest is a plus
• A motivated self-starter who thrives in a hybrid private-academic environment

• Base salary range: $400,000–$600,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and location
