Salary: $64,830 to $107,699 Per Year

• Must hold New Jersey Bilingual/ESL certificate with an instructional certificate in line with the content/grade 6‑8 level appropriate for the position held (Math and/or ELA).
• Knowledge of the NJSLS, WIDA, ACCESS, and NJSLA.
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of child growth and development, effective instructional strategies, classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis, and research related to learning and children needing to learn English as a second language.
• Ability to analyze and use data to drive instruction.
• Experience working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and good moral character.
• Must be a critical thinker, problem solver, and respect others.
• Must be computer literate and able to use interactive computer instructional software.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with staff, students, parents, and the community.
