Qualifications:

• Hold a valid New Jersey School Counselor certificate
• Have excellent experience in teaching and working with children
• Possess data analysis skills in support of credit recovery and graduation goals
• Have a thorough understanding of graduation requirements
• Must be committed to developing familiarity with online credit‑recovery program data
• Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative
• Exhibit enthusiasm and sensitive interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents, and the community
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary
• Demonstrate the ability to use electronic equipment for word processing and data management
• Bilingual preferred
