Qualifications:

• Hold a New Jersey K-12 Math certificate and a certificate in Bilingual/Bicultural Education
• Knowledge of the New Jersey Student Learning Standards (NJSLS) for Mathematics Experience working with high school students
• Knowledge of child growth and development, effective instructional strategies, and classroom management
• Knowledge of assessment and data analysis for instructional purposes
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the community
• Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents, and the community
• Demonstrate the ability to use electronic equipment for word processing, data management, digital technology to augment authentic learning, information retrieval, visual and audio presentations, and telecommunications
• Must be computer literate
• Highly motivated result-driven educator
