Qualifications:

Valid New Jersey Educational Services Certificate with a Learning Disabilities Teacher‑Consultant endorsement required. Master’s degree in special education, learning disabilities, education, or a related field. Experience working with adolescent learners preferred. Strong knowledge of assessment, learning disabilities, instructional interventions, and accommodations. Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, educators, and outside professionals. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound professional judgment.

This is a part‑time position. The schedule and number of hours will be determined based on school and student needs. The role may have the potential to expand in the future as RBC continues to develop its student‑support services.
