You're convinced that young learners can achieve far more than conventional classrooms demand, and you've led teams that deliver measurable proof. You understand that accountability, motivation, and rigorous standards transform outcomes more effectively than any additional assignment.

Alpha dedicates just two morning hours to academics through adaptive technology. This design allows you to concentrate on what drives lasting impact: guiding students toward independent learning while cultivating the Guides who enable that transformation. You'll be accountable for outcomes within a K-3 cohort, leveraging data, direct observation, and targeted coaching to ensure every child thrives academically, progresses at twice the typical pace, and builds outstanding life competencies.

This position is neither an instructional coach role nor a principal role. Your days won't disappear into administrative tasks or endless meetings. Instead, you'll be present in classrooms, evaluating Guide and student performance, leading workshops on focus, resilience, communication, and accountability, and coaching children and adults toward concrete progress.

Your impact will extend beyond your immediate cohort. You'll capture what succeeds, develop frameworks that elevate standards school-wide, and influence how Alpha prepares its next generation of Guides. • Provide targeted coaching to Guides and students by analyzing performance metrics, observing classroom dynamics, and offering clear feedback to drive measurable progress.
• Design and deliver dynamic workshops for K-3 students that build communication, collaboration, resilience, accountability, focus, and related life competencies.
• Conduct individual and small-group coaching that aligns student motivation with academic independence and growth.
• Create and iterate scalable coaching frameworks that elevate Guide team performance.
• Develop and support Guides through training and mentorship while consistently demonstrating exemplary coaching and facilitation.

• Teaching traditional lessons or presenting academic material directly; adaptive technology covers core instruction.
• Relying on punitive discipline or reducing standards when students face difficulties.
• Operating from behind a desk rather than engaging daily with students and Guides on the floor.
• Overseeing campus logistics, financial planning, or parent outreach; your priority is people development and outcome improvement.
• Adhering to traditional elementary school methods just because "that's the way it's always been done."

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years working directly with elementary-age children (roughly ages 5-9).
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of five or more, including hiring and performance management responsibilities.
• Track record of building, launching, or substantially expanding a program, team, school, or initiative—not simply sustaining existing operations.
• Documented success leveraging data and measurable metrics to enhance team or student performance.
