The following position is being posted for the school year:
Supervisor of Student Services:Full-Time / 12-Month Position
SBS seeks an experienced, collaborative leader for the Supervisor of Student Services position. The successful candidate will oversee all special education and student support services while working closely with administration, staff, and families to support positive outcomes for all students.
Responsibilities include supervision of Child Study Team functions, evaluations, IEP development and implementation, related services, Section 504, district special education programming, District Test Coordinator, ML Coordinator, and student support personnel, while ensuring compliance with NJDOE regulations and IDEA mandates. Performs other duties as assigned by the Superintendent.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Master's degree in educational administration/leadership or related field;
- NJ Standard Supervisor certification required;
- NJ School Principal or School Administrator certification preferred;
- Experience supervising Child Study Team and related service personnel required;
- Required criminal history background check;
- Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal residency.
