Qualifications

• Must be a current employee at Paterson Public Schools.
• Individuals employed as Substitutes need not apply.
• Must be working within the appropriate New Jersey Content Area Certification.
• New Jersey Grades 9-12 Teaching Certification
• Must be proficient in Google Classroom.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Model a growth mindset about new teaching and learning techniques
• Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and good moral character.
• Must be able to work the entire length of the program.
• Must be a critical thinker and problem solver and respect others.
• Must complete all tasks assigned for a successful program.

• Meet such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable.
• Pending budget availability.
