Traditional schools lower the bar when students struggle. You take the opposite approach.

You believe elementary-aged children can achieve far more than conventional classrooms demand, and you have built teams that deliver measurable proof. You understand that accountability, motivation, and elevated standards transform outcomes in ways no additional curriculum ever could.

Alpha completes academics in just two morning hours using adaptive learning technology. This structure allows you to concentrate on the work with the deepest long-term impact: coaching students toward independence while developing the Guides who enable that growth. You will be accountable for outcomes within a K-3 cohort, leveraging data, observation, and targeted coaching to ensure every child loves learning, progresses at twice the typical rate, and builds exceptional life skills.

This position is neither an instructional coach nor a traditional principal. You will not be consumed by meetings or administrative paperwork. Instead, you will be present in classrooms, evaluating student and Guide performance, leading workshops on resilience, communication, accountability, and focus, and coaching children and adults toward documented progress.

Your impact will extend beyond your immediate cohort. You will capture what succeeds, develop playbooks that elevate school-wide standards, and contribute to how Alpha trains future Guides. If you are motivated by developing people, scaling excellence, and demonstrating that exceptional results emerge when expectations remain high, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Use performance data, classroom observations, and direct feedback to coach both Guides and students toward measurable gains.
  • Lead engaging workshops for K-3 students centered on life skills including communication, collaboration, resilience, focus, and accountability.
  • Conduct one-on-one and small-group coaching that links student motivation to academic independence and growth.
  • Develop and refine repeatable coaching playbooks that elevate Guide team performance.
  • Train and mentor Guides while demonstrating exceptional coaching and facilitation daily.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Teaching traditional lessons or delivering academic content through lectures; adaptive technology manages core instruction.
  • Using punishment or reduced expectations to handle discipline challenges.
  • Operating from an office rather than engaging directly with students and Guides daily.
  • Overseeing campus operations, budgets, or parent relations; your mandate is developing people and driving outcomes.
  • Adhering to conventional elementary school methods simply because they represent the status quo.
