Job Description
Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans for preschool children.
Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
Provide guidance and support to children in their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, cooperation, and teamwork.
Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum goals and objectives.
Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones.
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns or issues that may arise.
