Alpha is hiring a Student Learning Coach to empower K-8 students through life skills workshops and coaching. You will lead high-energy 1-hour sessions, use Coachbot analytics to tailor support, and help students meet ambitious weekly goals.
This full-time, W2 position offers relocation support for on-site campuses (Malibu, SF, etc.) and immediate benefits. You will not be teaching standard curricula, but building resilience, confidence, and ownership in students.
