That's where you come in.

We're hiring a Behavior Technician / ABA Paraprofessional for 1-on-1 sessions in Paterson, NJ (07522). This isn't a sit-behind-a-register kind of job. You'll be on the floor, in the moment, actively working with a kid who's got a lot of personality and a lot of potential.

  After-school & weekends flexible enough to work around classes or another job

• What you'll actually do: play-based learning, skill-building activities, and a whole lot of encouragement
