Location:
Southern New Jersey (site-to-site travel)
A growing solar organization is seeking an experienced O&M Technician to support ongoing operations and maintenance across multiple solar sites. This role requires a hands‑on, self-sufficient technician who can operate with minimal supervision and help lead a small field team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform operations & maintenance (O&M) on commercial solar systems
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system issues
- Travel between sites daily (regional coverage)
- Support and help coordinate a small field team
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Previous solar O&M experience (able to hit the ground running)
- Ability to pull permits independently
- Strong troubleshooting and electrical expertise
- Comfortable working in a field‑based, mobile role
