Job Description:

Integration Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Test Engineer to join our team in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will support unit-level radio performance integration and verification, collaborating with firmware, software, and hardware development teams. This role involves troubleshooting, documenting test procedures, and continuously improving test processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support unit-level radio performance integration and verification.
  • Assist product development teams, including firmware, software, and hardware.
  • Develop and document test procedures and results.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and test failures to determine root causes.
  • Drive continuous improvements in test processes.
  • Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders.
Key

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum) or Master’s degree (preferred) in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science (CS), or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment, including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and high-speed oscilloscopes.
  • Familiarity with Keysight Open RAN Studio is a plus.
  • Experience working with power systems (48V) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating system configuration.
  • Strong understanding of wireless technologies (e.g., LTE, 5G-) and industry standards (e.g., 3

    GPP).
  • Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Bitbucket.
  • Expertise in test execution, results collection, and report generation.
  • Knowledge of Open RAN and synchronization solutions (e.g., PTP, SyncE) is beneficial.
  • Understanding of network configurations, including DHCP, VLANs, IPv4, and IPv6.
  • Ability to collaborate professionally with customers and partners.
  • Experience in scripting or programming, preferably in Python and Shell.
  • Familiarity with XML and RPC interfaces.
  • Knowledge of AISG/ALD devices is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
