Flemington Borough is seeking a part-time Property Maintenance Officer to support the code enforcement program. The role includes monitoring and enforcing ordinances under the International Property Maintenance Code, performing administrative duties, and responding to citizen complaints.
The officer will patrol, investigate violations, prepare documentation for legal actions, and may testify in hearings. A NJ driver’s license is required; bilingual is a plus but not necessary.
