- Proven experience in medical coding and billing
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
- Ability to analyze and review medical records for coding accuracy
- Familiarity with insurance claims and reimbursement processes
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Experience with medical coding software is a plus
