Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

About LADACIN: LADACIN (Lifetime Assistance for Developmental and Challenging Individual Needs) is a non‑profit agency with a 75‑year legacy of providing educational, therapeutic, social, residential, and support services to infants, children, and adults with complex physical and developmental disabilities or delays.

Position Overview: Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations in adult residential facilities, ensuring high quality care for residents with developmental and multiple physical disabilities.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to residential staff
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and agency policies
• Coordinate resident care plans and daily schedules
• Manage service budgets and vendor relationships
• Support staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations

Eligibility &

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid New Jersey driver's license and minimum age 21 years for driving duties
• Experience in residential care or related field (Home Health Aide, CNA, etc.) is preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours in a 5‑day work week
