Beyond Home Health Care in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home and community-based PT services to adults with developmental disabilities.
The PT will evaluate mobility, strength, balance, gait, and functional movement, and deliver person-centered interventions to maximize physical independence, prevent secondary complications, and support community participation, in accordance with NJ DDD guidelines.
