Document Solutions is looking for a motivated, self-starting individual to join our team. The candidate must have experience working in the IT field, possess the ability to learn new technologies, and be able to work in a team environment. Primary duties are to work directly with customers and Level 1 Technicians to resolve all IT service tickets. Must have a customer‑friendly attitude, good written/oral communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment.
Must be hard‑working, customer‑oriented, and possess a clean driving record.
- Act as the point of contact to customers for ticket escalations
- Handle ticket escalations ranging from server support, network issues, and software installation
- Coordinate and schedule IT support tickets to ensure maximum utilization of billable resources
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server and related issues
- Implement and troubleshoot spam filters, O365, Microsoft Exchange, and associated email solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve firewall, router, and other network related issues
- Perform on‑site installations/repairs as necessary
- Familiar with business‑class network technologies such as TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, and QoS
- Familiar with Microsoft Server technologies such as Active Directory, Hyper‑V, Exchange, and SQL
- A clean NJ Driver’s license
- At least 1 year of MSP support experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Office Applications, and Ethernet Networking
- Ability to troubleshoot IT issues quickly and efficiently
- Stay current with ever‑changing technology and IT solutions
