We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager who can drive customer engagement, lead complex data programs, and build long‑term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and nurture strong, long‑term customer relationships
- Work onsite at customer premises for seamless communication and engagement
- Collaborate with Sales to support account growth strategies and identify new opportunities
- Understand customer project/program requirements to ensure successful implementation
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer executives and stakeholders across verticals
- Represent the organization as a Brand Ambassador in technical and business forums
- Support Sales in achieving revenue and gross margin targets for key accounts
- Implement strategies to optimize Sales, Customer Success, and account‑level gross margins
- Drive a customer‑centric engagement philosophy focused on value delivery
- Foster innovation as a core element of business growth strategy
- 18+ years in Delivery Management / IT Leadership with strong customer engagement experience
- Strong delivery and domain expertise in Data & Analytics
- Proven experience delivering data projects within consulting or software organizations
- Demonstrated ability to lead data programs aligned to business goals
- Hands‑on technical background with experience managing large, complex, multi‑vendor programs
- Experience responding to RFPs and driving proactive proposals
- Recognized as the go‑to person for overall delivery engagement by customers
- Excellent cross‑departmental communication skills and experience collaborating with offshore teams
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and work independently when needed
- Strong leadership with a passion for mentoring, sharing best practices, and maintaining open communication within teams
