Incedo, a rapidly expanding Digital, Data, and AI firm, seeks an Associate Delivery Director/Director to lead and scale its AI & Data initiatives within the Telecom sector for global clients. This role demands a blend of deep technical leadership, strategic vision, hands‑on delivery expertise, and seamless collaboration with our strong India‑based teams to drive impactful solutions, with a core focus on GenAI and agentic workloads.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned technologist with a strong track record in delivering complex AI/ML‑driven projects, particularly within the telecommunications domain, and possess the cultural awareness and communication skills to effectively work with distributed teams on cutting‑edge AI applications, specifically those involving GenAI and agentic systems.
- Serve as a technical advisor to clients, communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, with a strong focus on the capabilities and limitations of GenAI, agentic systems, and AI in telecom networks, while coordinating with India‑based technical resources.
- Conduct technical workshops and presentations to demonstrate Incedo's AI/ML capabilities and solutions, covering the full range of project types, including GenAI applications, agentic platforms, and network AI solutions, ensuring alignment with India‑based subject matter experts.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client requirements and design tailored solutions, spanning all project types, with a primary focus on those involving GenAI, agentic workloads, and telecom network AI, collaborating with India‑based architects and engineers.
- Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of diverse AI & Data projects, including AI&D platform operations and support, data engineering, AI/ML modeling, GenAI, agentic workflows, business enablement, AI in telecom network systems, and automation projects, emphasizing Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Dev Ops practices, with a focus on collaborative workflows between US and India teams.
- Manage project life cycles, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, performance benchmarks, and security protocols, while effectively coordinating with distributed resources, particularly for complex GenAI and agentic system implementations.
- Implement robust data governance and quality assurance frameworks for AI/ML model development and deployment, ensuring alignment across all team locations, with specific attention to the unique requirements of GenAI, agentic, and telecom network‑focused projects.
- Manage cloud‑based deployments and model operationalization across all project types.
- Design and architect scalable AI/ML solutions, with a primary focus on agentic systems and GenAI applications, and including solutions for AI in telecom network systems, leveraging cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), fostering collaborative development practices between US and India teams.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML algorithms, frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn), and tools for specific business problems, with a deep emphasis on LLMs, diffusion models, and reinforcement learning for agentic behavior and telecom network intelligence, facilitating knowledge sharing and technical alignment across teams.
- Integrate generative AI (GenAI) capabilities into existing data and analytics workflows, with core focus on exploring use cases like automated content generation, code synthesis, intelligent chatbots, autonomous agents, and network automation, while ensuring effective communication and coordination with India‑based developers.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams, including those in India, to build and maintain robust data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses optimized for various project types, including GenAI, agentic, and telecom network data, including vector databases and retrieval‑augmented generation.
