We’re looking for a Customer Success & Delivery Manager who owns enterprise outcomes, not just relationships. This is a high‑ownership, hands‑on role that blends Customer Success, Program Delivery, and Strategic Consulting. You’ll be the single‑threaded owner for 4–6 enterprise customers, accountable for ROI, delivery quality, and long‑term success. You’ll work directly with senior client stakeholders while orchestrating Lyzr’s AI engineers and solution architects to take projects from POC to production to scale.

- Customer retention, expansion, and time‑to‑value
- End‑to‑end delivery of AI agent implementations
- Executive relationships and QBRs focused on measurable ROI
- Cross‑functional execution across engineering, product, and clients
- Risk management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery excellence
- Own success outcomes for enterprise AI deployments
- Lead AI implementations from proof‑of‑concept to production
- Translate business problems into AI solutions—and back again
- Run structured workshops to map workflows and AI integration points
- Identify expansion opportunities and support renewals with Sales
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders shaping their AI roadmap
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Program Management, or Strategic Consulting
- Experience delivering complex enterprise technology projects
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, AI agents, and data systems
- Executive‑level communication skills
- A builder mindset: high ownership, low ego, bias toward action
- Comfort working across US, UK, and EU time zones
- Willingness to travel 10–25% for key client milestones
