Artificial Intelligence Specialist

We are looking for a Hands-on AI Lead to drive the development and integration of AI/ML solutions across our financial platforms. In this role, you will act as a "Player-Coach"—leading a team of engineers while actively writing code and building systems. You will bridge the gap between complex AI technology and real-world financial services applications.

• Lead & Execute:
  Manage a team of engineers to deliver AI-driven features and system integrations from concept to production.
• Hands-on Development:
  Write production-grade code, build APIs, and integrate LLMs/AI models into our existing enterprise ecosystem.
• System Integration:
  Connect AI solutions with third-party systems, financial APIs, and large-scale data environments.
• Mentor & Grow:
  Provide technical guidance and career mentorship to your engineering team.
• Collaborate:
  Work with business and product owners to turn project roadmaps into technical reality.
• Standards:
  Ensure all solutions are secure, scalable, and meet strict financial industry compliance/quality standards.

• Expert Python

  Deep experience in Python and modern software engineering practices.
• AI Implementation:
  Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs (OpenAI, Lang Chain, etc.), and traditional ML frameworks.
• Integration Expertise:
  Proven ability to integrate AI into complex enterprise systems via APIs and microservices.
• Data Knowledge:
  Comfortable working with SQL, No
  
  SQL, and Vector databases.
• Financial Services:
  Experience working in banking, fintech, or insurance is highly preferred.

• 10 - 15+ years of experience in software engineering/technology development.
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing engineering teams.
• A proven track record of shipping AI/ML products (not just research/POCs).
• Strong communication skills to explain technical AI concepts to business stakeholders.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
