- 5 years expert-level Splunk Architect experience
- Well-versed with search head and indexer clustering topology
- Hands-on shell scripting and Linux/Windows system administration experience
- Some expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, and/or Windows scripts
- Thorough knowledge of regular expressions
- Strong debugging and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and tenaciousness to drive vendors, system admins, and others to deliver solutions together
- Creative individual with a track record of working on and implementing innovative technology solutions
