We are seeking a Net Suite Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong expertise in Net Suite ERP and the payments ecosystem
. This role will act as the technical and functional lead for Net Suite integrations with payment platforms, including reviewing existing integrations and guiding enhancements.

The ideal candidate should understand Net Suite financial modules, order-to-cash processes, and payment lifecycle workflows
, and be able to review Suite Script, integrations, and system architecture
. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as this role will engage with customer technical, engineering, sales, and functional teams
.

• Act as the Net Suite SME for payment platform integrations and financial transaction workflows
  .
• Provide guidance on Net Suite best practices related to order-to-cash, financial operations, and payment processing flows
  .
• Review existing Net Suite configurations, customizations, and integration logic to ensure alignment with industry and architectural best practices.

• Provide domain expertise in payments processing, settlement workflows, reconciliation, and financial transaction lifecycle management within Net Suite.
• Guide the design and improvement of Net Suite integrations with payment processors or payment platforms

• Ensure correct handling of financial events across the payment lifecycle
  , including settlements, adjustments, refunds, and reconciliation.
• Serve as a customer-facing technical SME
  , representing the company in discussions with customer technical, engineering, product, and finance teams.
• Translate business and payment requirements into Net Suite solution designs
  .

• Work with product, engineering, finance, and customer success teams to ensure Net Suite solutions meet business needs.
• Help define integration patterns and best practices for Net Suite and payment platform connectivity.

• 8+ years of Net Suite ERP experience
  , including customization and integrations.
• Strong understanding of Net Suite financial modules and order-to-cash processes
  .
• Experience with the payments ecosystem and payment processing platforms
  .
• Hands-on experience with at least one payment platform or processor
  .
• Ability to review Suite Script (2.x), APIs, and Net Suite integrations
  .
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Suite Talk, or middleware integrations
  .
• Knowledge of payment lifecycle processes such as settlements and reconciliation
  .
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  .

• Experience working with enterprise payment processors or payment orchestration platforms
  .
• Net Suite certifications such as Suite Foundation, Administrator, or Developer
  .
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and scalable API-based architectures
  .

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
