Responsibilities- Work across business, operations, and technology to create solution intent and an architectural vision for complex solutions; prioritize functional and non‑functional requirements into a technology backlog.
- Contribute to the architecture roadmap for defined domains—Business, Application, Data, and Technology—supporting the product roadmap and developing best practices.
- Clarify architecture, assist with system design, provide solution options, and resolve architectural impediments.
- Facilitate solution‑driven discussions, lead the design of complex architectures, and find creative solutions through experimentation and proof of concepts.
- Educate team members on technology practices, standardization strategies, and best practices for innovative solutions.
- Support the team in selecting the technology stack and preferred technology products.
- Perform design and code reviews to ensure non‑functional requirements—security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability—are met.

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with recent focus on AI/ML and distributed systems.
- Proven track record building enterprise‑scale solutions within financial services or regulated environments.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and agentic architectures.
- Strong understanding of client servicing and/or money movement processes (e.g., payments, transfers, ACH, wires).
- Experience designing AI‑driven workflow automation or digital assistants.
- Knowledge of risk, compliance, and fraud detection in financial transactions.
- Experience with agent frameworks such as Lang Chain, RASA, or similar.
- Demonstrated success taking AI solutions from POC to production scale.

- LLM & Agent fundamentals: deep understanding of LLM behavior, not just API usage

Pay range: $ - $ annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. Eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan based on individual performance.
