MDM Technical Architect

Computer Programmer – Chadds Ford, PA

Full‑time, start date 05/11/2015.

• Participate in the full application development cycle, including analysis, design, development, installation, implementation, and documentation of Health Care and Insurance applications.
• Write and test software for next‑generation Medical Imaging products, utilizing C++, VC++ (Win

  API/MFC), Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Struts, JavaScript, Dojo Toolkit, Apache Tomcat, JBoss 7, and Unix.
• Debug applications using Visual Studio 6.0, Visual Studio .NET 2010, Eclipse, and Spring Source Tool Suite.
• Ensure development and deployment comply with specifications and time frames, and maintain development documentation.
• Travel to various U.S. job sites as required.

• Master’s Degree in Computer Applications and at least 1 year of experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of progressive experience.
• Solid knowledge of C++, Java, and related frameworks.

• Develop banking, healthcare, and treasury applications using Microsoft, Sun, Open source (Drupal) technologies.
• Redesign legacy IT systems, evaluate and re‑architect using rich user interfaces and modern database technology.
• Develop technical specifications and project plans to conform to deliverables and time‑frames.
• Manage full life‑cycle development: analysis, design, development, installation, implementation, and documentation.
• Design business process models using Metastorm and create end‑user reports with Actuate Reporting, Business Objects, and Web Focus.

• Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering with 1 year of experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience.
• Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft web platform.

Full‑time.

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics GP solutions, including SQL, .NET, and C#.
• Provide functional experience in GL, Payables, Receivables, Sales Order, Purchase Order, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Multicurrency, FRx, and Management Reporter.
• Lead new implementations, upgrades, and align with SOX and PCI compliance requirements.
• Perform business and system analysis for Dynamics GP customization engagements.
• Design scalability and integration with third‑party applications.

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP.
• 5+ years of SQL, .NET, and C# development.
• 10+ years of object‑oriented development experience.
• Experience with Dynamics GP modules, reporting tools (SSRS, Report Writer), and integration tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to make independent decisions.
• Dynamics GP certifications are a plus.

• Lead requirements gathering for IBM Infosphere MDM implementations.
• Architect multi‑scale MDM solutions, including data profiling, quality, and governance.
• Provide technical consultation and solution design for pre‑sales and implementation.
• Manage a team of technical consultants and developers.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise MDM standards and best practices.
• Estimate MDM proposals and provide implementation guidance.

• 10+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 4 years in MDM architecture.
• 3–4 full‑cycle MDM implementations on IBM MDM Server, Siebel, Oracle MDM, or SAP MDM.
• Experience with data cleansing and standardization tools (e.g., Address Doctor, Trillium).
• Strong background in data integration, SOA, data quality tools, scripting, and Java development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
