OverviewOur client is undergoing a large-scale implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across HCM, Supply Chain, and Finance. With go-lives scheduled for mid-June and early July, they are seeking experienced At-The-Elbow (ATE) Support Analysts to provide frontline, Tier 1 end‑user support during go‑live and hypercare. These resources will play a critical role in supporting user adoption, troubleshooting basic system issues, and ensuring operational continuity—particularly across supply chain and requisitioning workflows.
This is a high‑visibility, fast‑paced environment where strong communication skills and the ability to operate independently are essential.
- Provide on‑site, at‑the‑elbow (ATE) support to end users during ERP go‑live and hypercare
- Assist staff with navigation and use of Oracle Fusion across Supply Chain, HCM, and Finance workflows
- Support requisitioning and inventory processes, including ordering and supply chain workflows
- Troubleshoot Tier 1 issues (logins, navigation, transaction errors) and escalate appropriately
- Guide users through new system workflows, replacing legacy/paper‑based processes
- Act as a liaison between end users and Tier 2/3 support teams (Oracle, Impact Advisors, internal IT)
- Deliver high‑touch customer support to drive user adoption and confidence
- Assist with administrative tasks such as profile updates, system access, and data validation
- Float between departments/locations to provide real‑time, in‑person support
- Document common issues and contribute to knowledge sharing during hypercare
- Support hybrid model post go‑live (on‑site + virtual/call center support as needed)
- Experience supporting ERP systems (Oracle Fusion strongly preferred)
- Prior experience in go‑live support, ATE support, or help desk/end‑user support roles
- Functional understanding of one or more areas:
- Supply Chain / Requisition ing (strongly preferred)
- Finance (nice to have)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills at the Tier 1 level
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure go‑live environment
- Comfortable supporting non‑technical end users in real time
- Ability to quickly learn workflows and operate independently with minimal oversight
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion (ERP, SCM, or HCM modules)
- Experience supporting supply chain or inventory workflows in healthcare
- Familiarity with requisitioning, procurement, or materials management processes
- Experience working in healthcare environments or large health systems
- Exposure to workforce management tools (e.g., UKG)
- Basic technical understanding of system access, integrations, and user roles
- High priority need driven by upcoming go‑live timelines (June 14 & July
1) - Initial hypercare support expected to be fully on‑site for first 3–5 days
- Opportunity to stay on through both go‑lives to reduce onboarding time and improve continuity
- Hybrid support model expected post go‑live (on‑site + virtual support)
- Flexibility required to scale hours and coverage based on real‑time demand
- Primary focus area is Supply Chain/Requisition ing support (~500 end users)
- Opportunity to support a large‑scale, enterprise‑wide ERP transformation
